Five sides of one situation

5 cards · BEGINNER · 12 minutes · GENERAL

中文

Separate facts, feelings, assumptions, support and one revisable next step in a five-card reflection.

Explore the positions

Select a position to explore its meaning. This is a spread learning guide, not a card draw or prediction.

Position meanings

1. What happened

Describe what is directly known. Do not use this position to establish another person’s hidden thoughts.

2. What I feel

Name the feelings present, including mixed or changing ones.

3. What I am assuming

Notice a possible explanation, hope or fear that has not been confirmed.

4. What supports me

Look for an available resource, boundary, conversation or opportunity to wait.

5. A next step I can revise

Choose one small action or question within your control, leaving room to change it.

How to use this spread

Choose one specific situation that concerns your own choices. Draw five cards and read each position separately before making connections. Record visible details and personal associations on different lines. An assumption remains an assumption, even if a card seems to fit it. You may stop without reaching a conclusion.
