Help us locate the issue
Include the page URL, language, approximate time, device and a short description. Remove personal details from screenshots. Never send passwords, verification links, payment details or private journal entries.
Data requests
Use your registered email to request a data export or account deletion. The mail link only opens your email app: it does not submit a request or change your account. Identity verification is required before disclosure or deletion; signed-in users can download private tarot data after password confirmation on the account page. Self-service deletion is not yet available.
